Die Struck Iron Soft Enamel (Economic) The most popular and economic style still offering a high quality look, made from die struck (stamped) iron and filled with vibrant soft enamel. Because iron is a harder metal than Brass the raised metal does not give as sharp a finish as the brass soft enamel. Ideal for high volume runs (please enquire for large quantities) and those on a budget. For a smooth finish add an epoxy coating. Made from 1.2 - 1.6 mm iron depending on size. Photo Etched Soft Enamel (Extra Fine) Suitable for extra fine detail and lighter than iron stamped. Ideal for larger badges as they are light weight, please note shouldn't be used with sharp designs due to thinness of the metal. Made from 0.8 mm Brass, Stainless Steel and Aluminium. Printed Badges Ideal if a full colour or photograph is required or where lines between colours are unsuitable.
